Tough call on the size could be 3 inch?? Hard to tell from the angle on the uniform. I go 3 1/2 to play it safe my 2 cents. Hopefully others will chime in.

I think i would be down for one or two. I think it would look great on a hat. As for the size i think the 3 " would be fine on a hat
