The new Bond theme - verdict?

Definitely in the vein of the previous two, so stylistically it makes sense and ties the films together quite well.

It's got a better vocal and a bit more teeth than the Sam Smith song, which I find the weakest of the Craig era movie themes.

I’m trying to hold of listening until I can hear it with the opening of the film.
That Sam Smith one was the worst thing I’ve ever heard.

It seems pretty cringey to me—let’s get the most trendy singer possible whose music no one in the target audience will have ever heard to do the song! I mean hey, I didn’t much care for Adele either, before Skyfall, so who knows. But I doubt it.

Wow, they don't write an like they used to. Terrible song. The last decent Bond theme was Casino Royale and I normally hate the guy's voice, but it was a good song at least. This? Garbage.

It’s not as bad as Smith’s song, which I had thought was an internet joke. Hee hee hee, lets call this the new Bond song.

It’s not good, though. Maybe it’ll fit the atmosphere of the movie well but as radio play it’s a turd.

I like it. I disagree that the target audience won't know who Billie Eilish is.

I still believe the last "Bond style" theme song was Goldeneye.

Live and Let Die is number one in my book too. Although not a Bond theme song, one of my favorite Bond pieces of music is from From Russia With Love:

My wife and daughter absolutely love her music, I've never been able to get into it. This doesn't do it for me either but then again I pretty much lost interest in more Bond movies after Skyfall.

No.....Nobody Does It Better by Carly Simon for The Spy Who Loved Me is the best Bond song. I've had some mind blowing sex to that one!! That is some romantic, nut-draining stuff right there!!
