The neck cover

Hi everybody, since my bio is almost completed and some other parts are in proces of finishing, ive started to think about puting them together, so i started with bio helmet and chest armor and ive noticed this piece witch is ,,conecting" them, i mean this ,,neck armor" and i cant figure out what material it is, so if anybody knows let me know.Here u can see on the picture-►
