I couldn't remember the original shop, that's it, neotek. The people involved initials were JL, NM and of course TB which is where a lot of, interesting, things come up with TB whom passed away a few years ago. Those being the original makers have stated only two hero castings were ever made for the film. There was an issue with having the heart shaped cylinder turn hence the moulds of the separate parts. At that point the project was being handled between a couple people and the moving parts casting prop information gets muddy.
Those parties had a series of issues between each other with TB having a repeat history of placing fakes in the collectors market. He was doing this with the mould I posted photos of having borrowed the mould without consent of the owner. When confronted with it TB in an attempt to cover his tracks traded or sold the mould to another person whome I knew. That person got in contact about the mould history... After securing the mould back to pass back to the original owner he had no interest in it and said for me to keep it. In that exchange other moulds were included being Buffy the Vampire stakes and teeth moulds among others from the time of Neotek.
In the end the mould exposed a long trail of fraud with TB and a few others we both were aquanted with or worked with at one time or another. Thats what confirmed everything. There was even an FBI art fraud investigation as it lead directly to the POTC Jack Sparrow fake ring that came up for sale before the sequel film released.
Such a shame when someone with legit artistic talent becomes irreversibly corrupt.
