The Merc With The Mouth.. Wadey Wilson Deadpool

Hey RPF!

This ones been a long time coming, Haven't ever attempted it previously despite Deadpool holding my all time best character prize purely because I'd never felt I was in a position to give it the due it deserved...

So here's my attempt at doing it some justice! Going with a fairly "custom" look,

So I started with putting together my arsenal of weapons... wouldn't be 'pool without at least a small armoury on his back! However I never was a fan of all the big guns and grenades so wanted to keep it fairly simple....



Progress to finished... (Not brilliant but passable I hope)

Next up the suit itself decided I wanted a fairly more "armoured" look so needed to have vambracers and the shin guards but I wanted to have a more custom style then following a specific template....

Lastly I had to go dye-sub and Shades had the best looking for my money so here we go...



Still need to adapt my shoulder harness to hold the swords and although I have boots (can't seem in the pictures I'm aware) I still need to make up the shin guard armour how I want it and of course the big part the mask... Always had to be my biggest issue with most deadpool suits the mask never looked "right" until I saw Todd's one!!

So while I await Todd's awesome piece I'm hoping the rest is fitting the standard I'm aiming for!!

Thanks man, really enjoying this one much as its been relatively simple compared to some of my other builds!

Think its because I can be casual with it I'm enjoying it so much!!

Grabbed a temporary mask not entirely sure if I like the comicy look of it over the more serious style ones or not... on the fence as to whether to keep this one or not!!

Still working on the shoulder harness/sword sheath system and still need to finish up the boot armour/painting of the buckle but coming along!!
