Oh I thought you meant the straps on the legs. I haven't had any success with that webbing. What material is that? Doesn't look like seat belt webbing or just regular nylon.

Here are a couple of my vinyl stickers. I think they came out alright. They are 3 inches in diameter and the center circle is dark navy but looks black in the pictures.

Got straight to work on it . . .
Here is the only gray battle belt I could find (by Vism) next to the stock harness.
Took the belt apart and removed all the badges along with a few other things on the harness.
The actual surface covered in webbing is pretty small on the screen belt so I cut mine down. I'd say it's definitely a custom job. This one is going to take some major modification. Still not sure if I'm even going to use this belt or just draw a template from it to build a completely new one from scratch.
Here's one of the added straps with an orange tri-glide. I haven't sewn it together yet.
I threaded the padded belt pieces. They are too wide when compared to the real deal. My plan was to add the light gray trim anyways, so I'll cut the whole thing down to size when I do that, if I even end up using it. I'd need to combine them into a single belt as well.
I need to find a NASA patch (or make one) about 2" dia. for the back.
That's it for now.

That looks great! Where did you get them and what material is it? Also, cost? I'm down to go ahead and order it all now...

Yeah, so the fabrics are not neoprene, The orange is more of a faux suede-like material. I wanted to try to match the nap that was visible in the highest res photo I could find. The good thing is it offers a very high quality detailed print. The bad thing is that it has very little stretch and doesn't breath very well. To off-set this I'm going with a piqué for the white fabric. This material is most commonly used in active wear and offers high stretch, breathability and moisture wicking. I tried to replicate the texture by incorporating shadows and highlights. Currently I'm working on the design for the crotchal region of the suit. I'll start a separate interest thread for the fabrics soon.
