The Jason's Star Trek The Next Generation Season One Phaser

I bought this Phaser from a guy on eBay. He had painted it all silver with a black grip. That's not at all like the paint scheme used in the show, so I sanded it bare and started over. The sculpt is pretty good, it's by know means exact, but it looks pretty good.

It was pretty strait forward. I primed it, painted the base coat, painted the black and then hand painted the details. Take a look and let me know what you think!!!!!

Looks great! The Dustbuster was my first real movie prop. I bought mine at a Star Trek convention in Dearborn Mich. in the 80's. You did a good job on a classic prop.

Thank you for your positive comments. Despite the bad wrap this phaser get's its my favorite. I was disappointed when the replaced it with the other one.
