The Jason's Severed Cyberman Head (Modification)

In the Pandorica Opens episode of Doctor Who we see a severed Cyberman head that actually attacks the Doctor and Amy. I thought that was ultra cool so I wanted to make one.

I decided to start with the Cyberman voice changer toy from Character Options. The problem was that there is no bank to it as it's a play mask.

To get the look I wanted I sculpted a back plate and molded it out of fiber glass. I did the battle damage with a dremel tool. The tubes and cables are all hardware store finds.

The conversion wasn't hard, but making the back plate was a lot of work so I'm pretty proud of that. Here are some pictures. Take a look and let me know what you think!!!!!
