I bought and started building an ATA Magma Trooper kit back in July 2013. I was plagued with constant screw-ups coupled with my lack of attention to detail. Before long I regretted sinking money into the project, so I stopped buying replacement parts and shelved the project. Soon after that, the Death Trooper idea came up, so I laid down a few coats of white paint and here we are.
I debuted my uniform at Granite State Comicon on the 13th. I was much happier with the fit this time, compared to last year's outing when the suit was red. Nothing fell off and I could walk at an *almost* normal speed.
Here are some killer pics I found on the net. Credit goes to Karen West and Rodrigo Ramirez for these two photos.

These were taken by my bro.

And these are the prosthetics I plan on doing a better job with for next time:

The suit is not done, but it's leaps and bounds from this awkward mess from last year :sick

Copying the to-do list I posted on FISD:
- Attack the thermal detonator with the cutting wheel, improve weathering
- Remove bandages from left forearm (that was just a rush job for the con), apply cutting wheel to imitate the GG statue
- Hide Under Armor logo on my back
- Add rear coverstrip to right shin armor
- Improve weathering across all the armor pieces and boots
- Re-size thighs, forearms
- Properly strap upper torso and arms, replace suspender clips with snaps
- Convince my brother to pick up a camera again
