The Hangover Pt 1 pictures camera. Brand and Model number found

this would be a cool hangover prop to have in pic's are you thinking of doing a run ? Mr. webber

Sorry guys, no runs of the pics.

1up69 send me a PM but i didnt start this just to hand out CD`s, the initial offer was for those who ID`d the camera. Havent finished finding all the pics yet anyway, now up to 148.

Picked up an as new LZ10 with 8 gb card for $55 and finally got all the pictures edited and the final number was 146. The pics came from the Blu Ray and from a youtube video.

Unfortunately, the Panasonics are one of the cameras that dont allow pics taken from another camera or edited from a computer to be viewed on the camera. A little checking on google shows there are ways around this.

I am hoping that someone here has encountered this before and is aware of a good solution before i start trying different things off google.

Cheers.

Since you are looking to put them on the camera to be viewed ON the camera, you don't need high quality blu ray rips.

Just take a photo OF the photo with the camera. Then they're on there. No need for converting or hacking anything.

Does it explain how it does it?
Maybe you could just take a picture with it, and overwrite the EXIF data on your images to match the one taken from the camera?

Thanks guys,

JQ, i dont have any hardcopies of the pics, they are all jpeg files, id rather not have to print them out and then take pictures of them to get them on the cam, just want to put them on the sd card and scroll through them on the camera as in the film. It is always the final option though.

Aphius, i understand what you saying but can you explain to me how to overwrite EXIF data on my pics?

Cheers.

Well you'll need some software to do it, I have briefly played around with EXIFTool made by a guy called Phil Harvey. It allows you to edit the record of the make and model of the camera that took the picture.

You can get it here; ExifTool GUI
the actual tool is command line, but there's a GUI to go along with it.

It's kind of hard to use, to edit the EXIF you have to press the first [ ^ ] button next to edit, but I guess it works.

I'm wondering if you just mimic the EXIF data from an image taken from that camera, will it allow you to view them?
