Wow I'm excited!! I had to wait two month until registration was open.
Finally i can join your league of the extraordinary costume builders...

I'm from Germany and me and my friends build costumes and armors
(thermoformed, epoxy, soft foam... ). Like this one:

We did several movie costumes (RoboCop, Predator, Nazgul, Sauron, The
Matrix Crew,...) in the past but will focus more on own Design now.

Looking forward to share our knowledge.

Thank you! Let me know what you want to know, I'll provide you with all the information. We walk in stilts, what makes it difficult to perform cause the armor impedes our movement. And in addition with the bad sight in the helmet its a challange to wlak and perform, but still I love it.

It's made mostly out of the soft foam evazote. It's a bit difficult to shape, but I like its a soft armor also it looks really hard. In case we would fall down the stilts, we have a huge mattress-armor :lol and bounce around.
It's covered with seven layers of latex. The sword and shield is made of epoxy.

Agreed, I saw them on the same convention, they are doing a very great job. Absolutely impressive.
