Death threats is laughable! Yet zero proof to back up those claims. Meanwhile proof of using other peoples pictures, questionable recasting from suppliers, and using files to sell products (which is against club rules) is very easily found outside the RPF community.
It's also HILARIOUS to see them rebrand using Replica Prop Store...I wonder where he got the idea for that.
I've seen a lot of interactions on group facebook pages when Mike is called out and it's never pretty. Says a lot about a guy who goes against the wishes on clubs in the community just to make a quick buck.
I really hope Disney puts an end to this. Every product he pushes is available directly from vendors without the headache.

With all due respect isn't that what this thread is as well? You guys have said all this stuff and there is no proof here either.
The guy didn't use the club files and was applogized to in the Kit Finder group and let back in. If he used the club files why is he still allowed in the Droid groups? It's all in the kit finder's post
Im new here but im all over Facebook on this stuff. Can someone explain what this is all about?

According to the kit finder's he was not banned from those groups and never was. They said it was all a misunderstanding
There’s 5 pages showing examples of recasting, bullying and unprofessionalism and sketchiness over refusing to tell customers who’s making the props.
I don’t know what more you’re looking for.

No need to be rude...I'm just pointing out facts. All I see is opinion and screen grabs that show nothing. The one screen grab about the funnel is as innocent as it comes and the grab about recasting isn't recasting because it appears he asked the builder of the prop to help make more and even offered to pay him. If I'm missing some there there I'm sorry but that doesn't seem to be recasting...it seems to be asking the builder permission to build the product for him. Maybe I'm wrong.
What you're saying seems to contradict the Kit Finders about the droid and I'm trying to understand if maybe I'm missing something.

And when I didnt play ball he sent his own personal blaster that I built for him to one of his other builders (TMS) where it was stripped down and recast and pictures posted up on FB. I can spot my work a mile off, so I contacted the TMS, who then set up a private group trying to justify the actions. I presented all the overwhelming evidence I needed to and Mike then ordered TMS to redo the project from scratch, which he did and documented the scratch build from start to finish on this version 3 of his DL44. A few months later Mike had a huge falling out with TMS tied in with yet another one of his builders IrmaoCustomProps using ebay bought recasts of my DL44 pieces on TFF light and sound blasters. Again, plenty of evidence on this thread and elswhere if you would bother to look instead of shilling for TFF...

What is with the hostility? I don't get it. I'm new and I'm simply asking questions. RNBUDA is asking for proof around a super serious allegation if true and I find that ironic. If you have had issues, that sucks but again where is the proof? Traditionally evidence would be posted to support these claims. You guys are saying all these notable builders are working with them right? If he they are so bad, I'm not saying they aren't, why are those reputable builders taking that risk? I mean Dan Laws and Darth Hair are about as respected as they come right?
I am new here and I don't mean to ruffle feathers. I'm just trying to get an understand of where you guys are coming from. That's it. Shingouki28 all I stated what was you provided as evidence earlier in this thread doesn't really show anything. That isn't shilling, that's an observation and asking questions.

We're not saying the builders are bad...far from it the talent and quality far outweighs the bad ones ..Its sad that many talented builders have decided to partner up with TFF especially when they are more then likely aware of how he sees the community as suckers with to be parted with their money. People dont like to be treated like an ATM cashmachine.
I was of the first builders to be on board with TFF selling the first run of DL44 blasters, but Mike proved to be problematic, forgetting to send payment to me yet expecting buods to be done, and I know he was very abbrasive with people who wouldn't bend over and take it dry from him. So I left.
Then they started recasting my blasters. I managed to get it stopped before they were sold. And then a few months later another builder of his was selling cheap chinese blasters for $200 using 3rd gen recasts boought from eBay. When confronted about costs and specs, they got aggressive, insulted nearly everybody on FB StarWarsBlaster group... Just go check out the various threads. All the info and proof is there. I am not going to post dozens and dozens of photos again just for the sake of it.

Respectfully, it's shows back people were reaching out to those builders and telling them about all of this stuff and directing them to this post. If that was true, why does the website still have the stuff for sale? Are the products being sold with out their knowledge? I saw Dan Laws helmets just posted the other day and you guys say the helmets are from Darth Hair both who were apparently contacted.
I saw the threats about how that customer was treated. The guy was being very aggressive but it wasn't handled well. That just means he was an ass hole to that customer. Doesn't mean he is guilty of the rest of the stuff posted above. Everyone has a bad day, you were just aggressive to me a few posts up as was RNBUDA, doesn't mean you're bad people right?
The story your telling sucks and I'm not saying I don't believe you but it's just odd. You left for reasons you had which no one would not understand, I just haven't found any proof just a lot of anger. I see proof of having a bad time with the blaster guy which was horrible and he treated him poorly. Not denying that. There is just a ton of really aggressive comments here with no real proof in this thread nor have I seen it elsewhere.
RNBUDA wanted proof for death threats which to me seems incredibly insensitive and inappropriate. Has this been investigated by the admins? This to me is super serious and should be the focus, not if some guy was an ass hole. Something happens to this due and this place and it's owners are on the hook!!! The rest of this seems incredibly childish but I am not shilling for anyone...just trying to be informed

The droid has been removed from the store after the allegations of using community files were first discussed. There’s an agreement from what I understand that fully built droids are not to be sold but can be kit built with Disney. Vendors or any “company” that’s willing to even cross that line would be held with suspect. At least they pulled the product offering.
And to point out not all the vendors are bad. Nick Alazone is a great painter. BUT when most of your products don’t list who’s making them + proof of those vendors recasting + hostile PMs between parties = serious issues.

I have been working with Mike for almost 2 years now and see both sides of the stories. However I have never seen recasting, ripping vendors off or anything like that in the slightest. Actually Mike and I have personally removed products and vendors from the store that were accused of recasting that we determined were in deed recast. Hence the reason 850 armor works is no longer a vendor.

Exactly what I was thinking. Mike has been known to set up fake accounts acting as customers defending his "business" of recasting.

Michael Castro still sells the electronic blasters through TFF and he has been proven to recast in the past, is that not correct? Or has he stopped using those parts now?
I respect your work/talent and opinion Nick, but imho I think it's safe to say that Mike will protect his friends who make the most dollar for him, and run roughshod over those who don't know how to play by his rules. I personally had missing payments/ extra creamed off my fees, or expected to fill an unexpected order at the drop of a hat. And then the fiasco with The Mad Scientest being sent the DL44 I sold Mike for recasting. Admittedly, this was early days of TFF and things MIGHT have improved compared to my own experiences, but I have heard several other instances of the same thing happening to builders recently. I'm sure they or others will chime in on that soon enough...
