The Division Cosplay (Looking for suggestions)

So I have been planning a build for my division agent from Tom Clancy's The Division for a while and I need some help being pointed in the right direction of a starting point of the best materials to use to make the costume myself. A lot of it, like the pants, shoes and Jacket can all just be acquired, but the patch for the jacket would need to be made and I know I can get that from Etsy if it's the regular Division logo. However, I'm looking to make my character specifically; screenshots included. The LMB Jacket (White with skull arm band) would need more work, but I am also interested in making the outfit with the motorcycle police leather jacket. The cowboy hat? Not so much, was just on there at the moment. I will just be using a regular white skull cap for the hat. The Mask and leg guards are really the only main suggestions besides the pack ISAC computer, a mouth guard and a division watch. If anyone has any suggestions for materials that would be much appreciated!

With my character's set up, I don't know of any airsoft company that would make knee pads in the design of the ones I need because they have to match the rare shin guards that I have. (If my photo is not showing up). View attachment 791417

Most of it I can get from airsoft stores like the holster, canteen, the sling, I can also add on a chest rig. The hat I will not be using, but the mask might be apart of it. I may just find a way to make the filter mouth guard, which I would need to ponder what materials to use for that. My main concerns are materials for the shin guards, how to make the LMB skull band and how to make the patch and patch placements. Do not know why a photo didn't post in my original post. -_-

I'm also sure you can contract an Etsy user to create them for you. Another suggestion I have for the LMB patch would be something like this? It's pretty simple to do with basic sewing skills. All you need is a 2-3 velcro kits from Michael's and a hot glue gun (my pictures listed below). Glue the velcro to the back of the Etsy-created LMB patch and place on top of sewn opposite-side velcro patch on the jacket. Shouldn't be too difficult?
