Well, just opened my package, and it looks like they sent me the regular 8840 and not the 8840R. This one has panels of a repeating mcdavid logo instead of the hex pattern. I'm trying to get in touch with their customer service to see if I can get it fixed. Hopefully you got the right shirt.

I wonder if the 8840R has been out of stock/discontinued for longer than the last day or so, and they've been filling orders with the 8840 but since the show came out it's become so much more popular that they've realized they need to go ahead and remove it from the site.

Yikes, I hope so too.
Then again the mcdavid pattern doesnt look too bad. Kind of looks cooler than the normal hex. I am not going for complete screen accuracy, but I do hope they have the appropriate shirt

I dunno, mate, I think if you are going to drop $35+ on a compression shirt, it should be screen accurate for that kind of price. Otherwise there are comparable black ones you can buy off Amazon for half as much.

Here, to make up for it, I've decided to go ahead and do a run of Daredevil's escrima sticks + his thigh holster. They'll use a bayonet springlock system to allow them to securely fit together into a bo staff. They'll be 3D printed, casted, and molded from resin. I'll start a thread in the Project Run section within the next hour or two, but feedback would be appreciated since you folks have been analyzing them so closely.
Note that these are simply mock-ups, and not the finished models.

Also, a suggestion. We seem to be having no luck sourcing the pants for the black costume. Maybe we should start talking about a custom run of them?

Sounds good, once I start studying the red suit I'll contribute what I can. I'm working on better quality screen caps at the moment. I haven't seen a lot of higher resolution caps of the red suit.
