Hi Guys,
Does anybody knows something about the "coin as knob" on the Joker vest? Is this a regular coin or something custom-made?

The only I can clear out of the image is the year 1942, and the "liberty"-spell.
Thanks for any help

I guess this is as good a place as any to ask - do we ever actually see these different buttons in the movie? I cant find any stills that show abything besides the green buttons w/ one missing...

Oh, The price of the button is great, but it would be 45$ extra for shipping to germany...that's bad :confused

No, we don't see any different button. Maybe the costume from the expo in rome was a "early version" of the costume. But anyway, I like the idea and the button very much. In fact, u don't have to replace the "missing button". The buttons on the site that bleyd posted has a small hoop and a clasp for attachment.

I like those buttons better as well - they are much more "clownish". It just makes me wonder why the costume in the expo AFTER the movie came out has these differences... you'd think even in promo shots or something...

that vest is definitely green wool gabardine. It's not suede. The texture gives it away.

You got it, gabardine.

And the buttons are cool, but definitely not in the movie.

Logically, they were probably just thrown on the tour suit. Conspiracy theory, it's from a deleted scene that nobody's seen! :lol

I saw a sunflower button at Beverly's fabric but it was yellow. My Mother has this impressive button collection and happened to have one and a liberty nickel but no dime.
