The Cage and WNMHGB viewer lamp?

Has anyone sourced the actual lamp they used to make the computer gooseneck viewers for the original Star Trek pilots? Or a great stand-in?

A friend of mine has kinda been looking ino this for quite some time as well. He, and I, have seen many potential possiblities, but haven't been sure.

Yep. That's the one. I can't seem to find anything what would even remotely work. I'm guessing that one from the link was a vacuform. Thoughts?
