Just Redboxed Book of Eli. I really liked it.
It was awesome to see a post apocalyptic movie that DIDNT have Zombies.:thumbsup
I like the prop guys choice of iPod, third generation with the 4 touch buttons below the screen. It was short lived version and I bet not many people remember it. fit in well with the story, vary familiar, but odd.
The only problem I had with it was the 30 year time frame.
After 30 years:
any and all gasoline would be gone.
any battery would be toast
any packaged items would be spoiled (KFC wipes would be no good after 30 years)
I think they should have put it at 15 years tops.
Overall I liked it.

I agree. about all the stuff that would still be good is dehydrated camping food, dried beans and such, and probably rations as they never seem to go bad. You could probably run vehicles on alcohol but i wouldn't want to have to make enough for a car, bikes would be about the best you could hope for if that. I know way too much about post apocalyptic stuff lol
