This might be the funniest thing way I’ve ever heard Leto’s Joker described…I love it.Leto's Joker was a PG-13 version of a Joel Schumacher villain.

Yea I feel the same way about Robert Downey and Hugh " Damn Right " Jackman. Can anyone else play Tony Stark/ Ironman and Wolverine ? I'm pretty sure someone will, but can they come close to the perfect fit of those two. I'll vote no, but it's not an election so who cares ; ) There is such a thing as lightning in a bottle, metaphorically speaking. Time will tell. Time can't keep it's mouth shut.Pretty much. It wasn't only Heath Ledger, it was him + the script & filmmaker & crew he was working with.
Joachim Phoenix wasn't playing the conventional Joker so it's not comparable.

Look at what happened after Christopher Reeve played Superman. That role was basically closed for a generation. Warner Bros won't admit it but I think that is the situation with the Joker now. Ledger's movie was already 13 years ago and it still feels like an impossible act to follow.
The studios always get too fixated on a couple of villains in the big superhero franchises. Why can't we get a live-action Batman vs Clayface movie?
Cheap ass movie theaters charging us $15 a soda, but won't pay to have their projectors properly calibrated to modern movies. It was annoying how dark the image was in our theater. It's not just a problem with this movie but so many movies anymore. As much as I can appreciate an accurate depiction of a film image I also have to be able to see what's happening so I don't know what's going on lately with movies.
Rarely do we see mention in memes or really that much in general...Batman (1943) and Batman and Robin (1949). I enjoy aspects of them much more than the 1966 Adam West series.
They made a pretty blatant nod to Hush, so that may be a route they go in future installments.Going forward it would be nice to see them delve into villains who haven't had the big screen treatment. Clayface is one I've been dying to see. The Mad Hatter. There's a whole slew of villains to chose from.
Those 1943 and 1949 serials were what the 1960s Batman TV show was loosely based on; that's why each episode was two parts and had the cliffhanger ending in the first part.Rarely do we see mention in memes or really that much in general...Batman (1943) and Batman and Robin (1949). I enjoy aspects of them much more than the 1966 Adam West series.
I'd love to see a deepfake Vincent Price version of Egg Head..Going forward it would be nice to see them delve into villains who haven't had the big screen treatment. Clayface is one I've been dying to see. The Mad Hatter. There's a whole slew of villains to chose from.
We are seeing it in IMAX at weekend so hoping its a belter of a screen, my stepson said good things from when he saw Dune..It was annoying how dark the image was in our theater. Not to get too sidetracked but it's funny you mentioned GOT considering just today as I was crossing the street I walked past Peter Dinklage. We are seeing it in IMAX at weekend so hoping its a belter of a screen, my stepson said good things from when he saw Dune..
That was a huge drawback on GOTs..who's that whats this.. pft.
Thats their excuse for poor quality prints lol..Apparently, the darkness issue is very much intentional. So intentional in fact that some theatres have posted signs right before their shows to reassure people that it's not an issue with the projector. Something similar happened with Tenet, where the dialogue is inaudible in many places, which was on purpose. I dislike both takes personally.
