We did think about that... we just wanted to be sure we kept everything really clean and uncluttered (desks tend to get that way on their own! We figure make our work nice and bold and let the client do the cluttering on top )

Thanks! Yes, the base of it is a combo of foam, wood and metal.
Thanks! That's a great compliment because, no, it's not actual marble. It's a paint application by Rich over the hardcoat. He did a great job with everything on this desk and nice for folks to notice
