I have a crappy point and shoot. It's a Canon PowerShot SD770 IS. It was such a thrill to see the costume in person. For some strange reason, they wouldn't let me wear Cap's helmet!

haha, nice. I have the same camera, but couldnt get clear shots. They all came out blurry or with glare...

i tried bribing them to let me take the costume, but they wouldnt budge

There were so may people it was really hard to get a clear shot. I was hoping they would have a different costume every day, but that was not the case. A lot of folks thought it was the costume from the just released Captain America movie.

I just added a close up shot of Cap's belt and a shot of the lower part of his helmet.

I was looking at the first 2 pictures in the OP. See the very first pic? That is what I was talking about.Apparently my comment was supposed to be for the original poster regarding the uniform. pfft

I think you believe the original poster made this costume. He took photos of it at Marvel's booth at San Diego Comic Con. This is the screen used costume, not something he made.
