I’m looking to do a fem! Loki cosplay from The Avengers movie and I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find a proper tutorial to make the shackles because the one I wanted wouldn’t make it in time for the con I’m going to (Otakon 2019). Any and all help would be appreciated! Thanks guys!
