The Amazing Spider-Man Costume on eBay... Any good?

I found a suit on ebay that actually looks somewhat decent, and the price isn't bad considering it's already sewn together and all. The only things that concern me are that it looks like the pattern doesn't match up exactly right on the seams, and I'm not sure how exactly the mask attaches to the neck since it is a separate piece (I sent the ebayer a message about that, waiting for a response).

But anyway, it's kind of looking like this might be my only option for getting a good suit before Halloween, because everyone who is selling prints seems to be to overwhelmed with orders to do anymore. Plus I don't know how to sew a suit together.
This suit would need a little work for sure, plus lenses and web shooters, but for the price it's not to shabby.

I wanted to get some input from all of you before I make my decision though and possibly waist my money. Is this suit worth it? Or is there a better option for getting a TASM suit before Halloween for close to the same price?

I'm not sure, it might work for a basic costume and may be usable as a base for a better one (puffy paint technique etc). I would think you'd need to do replace the head-section completely though, but it might be okay with a face shell.

That's the Halloween suit thats coming out in Sept/Oct. Save your $$$. That person is trying to rip you off with that kind of price. It's not even the deluxe suit. The suit you showed the link to actually goes for less than $100 when they go on sale. Just a fellow fan looking out for another fan.

It doesn't look like the webs line up properly. Seems steep for that material / look.

For that price you are better off just saving up a little more, buying an awesome print from someone on this site and putting it all together yourself.

I'll agree with the above comments. As a rule, I don't trust ebay sellers that do mass produced superhero costumes. *casually hides Deadpool zentai suit* Unless, of course, you're getting it to mod it and make it better. Again, though, at that price, you are likely better off getting something from someone here.
