If you wanna eat some chips, play accordion or maybe play in someone nose, it could be a good thing to have zipper on wrist like that...
I'll use them to play guitar and to go to the peepee room..
For the crotch i use a single horizontal zipper as the pattern wasnt make to cut it along the bikini... God my english is bad!!!!
Lunaman thanks for all ur explanation!

your English is just fine. don't feel bad about it buddy. :)
i cant wait to eat chips in the costume now.

I asked someone on makexyz to print the face shell + lenses for me. He was saying

"I tried to import the stl to sketchup, but there is too many triangulations, it will take forever to edit/fix it. If you look at the attached screen shot, this is the gap i was talking about.
It is printable, but this gap on both the internal eye frame (where the external eyeframe clips in) it will not be as strong. The reason for the separation is because the original designer did that in sepratate entities and didn't properly "unioned" them.
Is that something you can raise in the forums?

Sorry for all this, but if i commit to a job, i want to make sure i can deliver a good quality product and have satisfied customers."

Is there anyone else having this problem?

do the wrist zippers serve a special purpose? im wondering if its just for the actors comfort so he can use his hands or if its for the web shooters...probably both now that i think of it.
anyways, thanks for all of this info and help. Lunaman.

Sure thing!

Another benefit of the wrist zips (and ankle zips) is the reduced amount of stress that's put on the material when putting the suit on. The wrists and ankles are the most narrow parts of the suit, yet you need to be able to force your feet and hands through those tight areas, and anybody who's owned a suit can attest to how tricky that can be at times. With the zips open, there's more room in the narrow areas and you can even reach through to adjust things while you're putting on the suit. I'm much faster at putting on my suit with wrist and ankle zips, and I'm not stretching and stressing the fabric nearly as much.

Agree on everything above.

It's so much easier for me to zip-up my back-zipper using my free hand than using my hand underneath the suit.

I printed mine and it does have that gap. But it is extremely subtle and hasn't affected me or caused any problems so far. It's not noticeable unless you explicitly look for it.

@Aaron Wohlfart how do I go about purchasing those pieces? I wanna buy them asap! :)

Cant u just purchase the ones i uploaded?
Just click the "print anyways" cause their check will say the shooters are too thin. Which isnt true.

I set them on public. I thought ppl can purchase them dirctly without a problem. Just choose white or red plastic and buy ^^

Yes, Please keep me up to date on how that goes. This would be my alternative if my tjack combo isn't ready in time for ComicCon :3 you gonna be there?

In order to keep the suit files consistent I am going to try and find the time to re-organize (make FOD friendly & more user friendly) the 05-03-14 psd file. It seems like IronHabs suit colors are looking pretty darn good from his pix (hopefully more to come) and since this is the file he used, I will start here.

FOD has agreed to do a sample swatch with a few different color variations. The 05-03-14 psd file will be one of those on the swatch. If anyone has any other suggestions before I send them the file, it would be much appreciated.
