The Amazing Spider-man 2 - 3D Print Files/Pattern - FREE

I just painted my right web shooter for the first time. It's a little sloppy but I like it.
A tip:
Make sure you make no errors with the black because you won't be able to paint over them.

Also does anybody know a way to do the silver part? The paint can't really stick to it as it has ridges.

With the acryl paint it wasno problem to paint over the black.

The silver part (i used white cause it looks white to me in the movie shooters) i also painted with a small brush. Was no problem.
I just painted 2-3 layers till the paint covered.

I guess it depends on the colors u use.

In the end i spray sealed it.

ya, they are taking longer than expected unfortunately, but the guy im working with is trying multiple times to try and get it great looking. pretty rad local guy.
if it doesnt work i may just shape and cast my own.

okay, i had the same problem here.
anybody has good results with those eyeframes?

Also i did just receive my Ken's suit printed and sewn!!! i'll share pictures later

I got a u zipper, wrist zipper.. horizontal crotch.. all hidden..
My seamstress was so happy when u send the how to sewn pattern file haha it was his first one! Every webline align top notch even those fingers one!

i dont have a comparison unfortunately, but i know everyone loves Tjacks plate. im super happy with the Ken plate and cant wait for the lenses to see what i can do with this bad boy.

U zipper are 2 zippers. Each runs down the side from the armpit to the belt and then makes a 90degrees curve and goes further along the belt line to the middle of the back. Together the zippers form a U

It's how the suits used on the first 4 movies were done, it's not particularly strange. It's the standard zipper set-up, either using one zipper to run the full length of the "U" or using two zippers that each run half the length, so they meet in the middle of the belt at the back. You can see a one-zipper version of the u-zip here:

Ironically, the Amazing Spider-man 2 is the only film that DIDN'T use a U-zip, but since most people making patterns (kenlandrum included) are still using the pelting layout that was based on a scan from the pattern used the second Raimi movie, the pieces of the suits are still set-up to be most easily accomodated by a U-zip. The ASM2 pelting pattern requires separated shirt and pants sections, as they had fully separating zipper around the waist and a lower back zip that formed sort of a T.

Please show me some pics of your mask with Kens face shell.

i havent printed out Kens file yet, im gonna do superior spider-man first i think(FOD is printing that one right now from the Orhader print), but i do have a regular mask sitting around from another costume. so take this with a grain of salt because this mask wasn't made for this shell. you can see the shell underneath the eye holes, and i dont have lenses or frames yet, because there was a problem with the printing on the frame. i get them tomorrow. i may use this spider-man costume in the pic as a starter, i will have to paint the brick pattern on and all of that stuff. its the 3d spidey costume from zentai zone (not zentai zentai, i have heard of their horribleness and i dont want anything to think this is that print).

If you wanna eat some chips, play accordion or maybe play in someone nose, it could be a good thing to have zipper on wrist like that...
I'll use them to play guitar and to go to the peepee room..
For the crotch i use a single horizontal zipper as the pattern wasnt make to cut it along the bikini... God my english is bad!!!!
