The Amazing Spider-man 2 - 3D Print Files/Pattern - FREE

I was wondering if anyone could post a model of the faceplate cut into pieces? I have a Replicator so each piece would need to be less than 9"x7"x5"

Thanks! :)

The preview pattern is just an example, before he made the pattern in this thread, kenlandrum made that Raimi Pattern shown in the preview. FOD will print whatever pattern you upload.

Ken, please ask them not to use a picture of me on your landing page, thanks.
Ya, but why not use your picture, i mean your picture is great , why not use it

Using my tweak this the pattern
o2pzc.png

and it produced this

Almost there, almost movie accurate colors to me the red is almost spot on after looking at the display the red I have is to dark. And the blue I have I feel is darker than what it should be.

Tweaked the pattern some more going to get to start working on this in the next month.

Why you using muscle shade, in the movie suit, it doesn't have it

Lol, ok, i am planing to removed muscle shade and use black color for brick pattern on blue arena

I'm just a fan of muscle shading. :p
Ken has a version without muscle shading I believe some where in one of these pages. And why black for the brick pattern?

The movie suit has black bricks that reflect the light silverish

I see, so you would suggest print them black instead of there current color? I think I recall Luna or someone else saying it's a matte/satin type black. I'll update my pattern tomorrow with the black.

Yes :) this is a pic luna made i guess.

I dont know how a pattern with a black brick pattern looks tho.

I use puff paint on the suit im working on so for me it doesnt matter ^^

Kens file i will probably use to make single print layers (bricks, webs, muscles) and try screen printing the layers on red and blue fabric, trying to achieve the effects of the movie suit. But it will need a while till i can work on that ^^

Revised pattern jpeg is up.

Re-organized the pattern to fit FOD's max width of 58" for lycra and I also got it to only 90" (2-1/2 yards) long.
Tweaked saturation too because what you see is not always what you get.:)
It's all in CMYK and ready to go.

Enjoy!

I recently saw a venom design that i have to realize :D
So after the tasm2 i working on i will edit ur file into a bad ass venom :p which will be difficult (mostly cause i want a faceshell but still having my mouth "outside" of the suit)

Also...

I've had a few folks ask for sewing instructions to these suits. Though there are probably tutorials out there somewhere, I put together this illustration to at least give and idea of how things fit together.

enjoy!

**thanks to the user who made the line art... not sure where it came from, but I totally re-purposed it.
