U can stretch it there and stuff

No. I downloaded the free version. There i just stretched the shooter pad thicker.
Since it passed the wall thickness check i could order them in red too ^^
My gf is working on the shooters. She will make the "wings" thicker. I hope that will fix the wall thickness issues

Ya know, almost every model I have sent to Shapeways say is has thin walls.... yet someone with a printer at home can just print with no problems...

So if i "print away" ur files they will be good?
Shapeways said i could do that but they wont ensure that the models will break or something.

Probably. I just say only use Shapeways if you have to... they are always such a hassle.
I have some 3d prints that are pretty damn small and I cant see them breaking very easy... look at the shooters, the wings taper out thinner, but to always over 1mm.... I don't get it.

I dont get it too.
I know know the shooter pad worked after i stretched the z axis by 1.5 (if i remember correct) now its ca 1mm high. Before it was 0.67mm.

Shapeways told me that they have a tool now to check the wall thickness that it shows u in a model what parts r the reason.
But i dont have that option yet. Maybe tomorrow ^^

Its still wrong. But maybe if everyone starts listing them, ebay will be saturated and it will be a deterrent. We could list it something like this:
This is a file that I will send you after the auction just to download it.
This is a pattern for a Spider-Man suit from the new The Amazing Spiderman is ready to just be printed by dye sublimation on a 4 way stretch Lycra...
Just send me a message after the auction so I can send you the pattern (files) for a small fee of $10. Or you can go here and download it for FREE!!!
This suit can be resized, comes with instructions and extra mask, if you have a question or a problem just contact kenlandrum who researched, designed and developed this pattern out of goodwill and passion for the hobby.

The idea is that everyone here on the forum gets this pattern for free... after folks get the pattern, they are free to do what they want with it. If they decide to sell it on eBay or whatever, that's fine... in fact the more people that try and sell it on ebay the better... If a buyer is not smart enough or just too lazy to use google and search for the free pattern here, well then I suppose they deserve to pay for it!
So I recommend for those who do wanna ebay this pattern, you better do it quickly before buyers get smart.

I was just being facetious Ken (hence your name is size 10 Font and not size 2). I don't like the fact that someone else took YOUR Artwork and is trying to make a profit off it. If you are cool with it, then I guess I am too.

Yup! I have no problem with it. As long as you guys get it for free, that's all that matters to me.
Not so wrong, I mean they don't take credit as their work, they DO state you can get it free, and give Kenlandrum credit for it. Seems fine to me. Esp, after Kenlandrum stated do with it as you please. I mean if people are willing to give the guy 10 bucks to have the same file he stated you can get for free sent to them, then more power to him. Now if they were to put it up and not state anything about it being free, and/or taking credit of it was their work, then I would have an issue.

Shapeways told me its too thin.
My gf made the shooter thicker (the wings almost 2times thicker) and they still say its too thin.
I dont know what their problem is
At least im able order them in red now

The original file i wasnt anle to print in red.
Only after editing it it was. I print them now even their check said thin walls (clicked the print anyways) Which cant be
the wings are almost 10mm thick and their minimum is 0.7mm. I will see how they come out
