I am not out to make anything on these.. you're pretty much on your own.
I know some have successfully printed them...not sure if was through Shapeways or not. Also, the price is for one. There are two shooters, one with a power button and one without.

... and yes, with 3d printing, sanding is almost always in the cards.

Not sure, I have never used Shapeways for anything other than a "Model Library" Maybe Netfabb can fix it for you...

It says the stl file has a failure in it.
But since some ppl printed it already i doubt that it jas a failure. Lol.
Ill keep searching for other companies ^^

I agree, that's Shapeways for ya.

I think it was yesterday someone had an issue with parts of the model missing on Shapeways.... weird

fOd sent me a proof of pattern, the pattern my friend edit for me have a extra boot ,but the proof they sent me doesn't have it
Also they said cost to print is 144.95$ not including ship cost

I downloaded it today. My gf tried it too.
She isnt able to open it on her 3d modelling tool too.
Lool. Mean shapeways

Added a link to the Final Shooters 3dsMax File. I know it opens... this way you can convert to any format you like.... or even disassemble like some have requested.

Update for the stl files :D
The problem was the webpage. I wanted to go with one in germany :)
Now i will go with shapeways cause it works fine there. Loool

I have a problem. Every time I open the psd file in Photoshop this happens. I'm using Photoshop CS2 because I have Windows Vista and my system requirements do not match up.image.jpeg

I also would like to know how to change the measurements on the pattern
 
Anyone have any recommendations for programs to use?

I only have gimp and paint and gimp is having a hard time with the file. As I can't open up the PSD file I'm trying to edit the JPEG version in stead but Gimp is struggling and crashes. I'm trying to modify it into Spider-Girls.

What programs do you guys use to modify the files?

Thanks in advance.
 
Anyone know the return policy for shape ways? Once I cancel an order, does it come back to my bank?
