That One Big Prop

mine is also a life long desire from childhood. It would have to be, a 1:1 scale, fully functioning, and screen accurate Orca from Jaws. :D ahhh, just thinking about it makes my belly fizz ;)

Keeping my response in terms of what would be possible in the real world if money was not an issue, I'd probably have a warehouse full of replica cars from various movies and tv shows. Off the top of my head, the collection would include the Torino from Starsky and Hutch, Herbie from The Love Bug, the '69 Mustang from Bullitt, the General Lee, the Bluesmobile, various Batmobiles, and so on.

If money was no object then I too would also go with this. It would include cars like General Lee, BTTF 1 Delorean, Ecto-1, The Tumbler, 89 Batmobile, the Ferrari from Ferris Bueller's, and other such iconic vehicles.

If we're talking unrealistic then I'd love to get my hands on a bunch of screen used SW models; the falcon, at-at-, imperial shuttle, probe droid, death star II, and a bunch others. I know I can get them non-screen used but to me it just feels more real to say "oh that? that's the actual death star II model they used in ROTJ."

Good question.
One thing I'd love is a Vid-Phon booth from Blade Runner.
Also (is this big enough?) the tunnel in THX1138 :D

I forgot to mention cars in my list. I would love to have a General Lee, a BTTF DeLorean and the '89 Batmobile! Oh, and a custom Batmobile based on the comics that was actually street legal so I could drive it to appearances in my Bat-suit!

Basically, anything that is too big to fit in my 'office' at home. Mainly because the Mrs would have a go at me!!

That includes Airwolf, numerous spaceships and so on, as well as several spaceship interior sets.

Vehicles I could probably have up to four (including one car-sized in the garage), so long as they weren't much bigger than a Dodge Ramcharger.
This then expands my list of unobtainables with things like the Mack truck from Convoy, the one from Smokey & The Bandit and so on.

If you then factor in cost, then that's almost everything I want, anyway. I'm slowly getting there, slowly saving and giving several craftspersons major headaches with my insistence upon 100% accurate detail (not that they manage to get it right, anyway, regardless of how many pages of explanations I give them).
Keeping it small, for now...

A TARDIS (just the outside police box).
I would have it where the windows were backlit and on the inside would be some shelves for my Doctor Who DVDs. I would also love to have the right phone to go in it.

My kids would love it.

My wife might actually let me get by with it.

Ground hk and flying hk from Terminator. God i;d need some display room for those. Oh and a megatron and optimus prime. Imagine........

Damnation Alley van/truck thing. I swear I would live in it....especially during these Alabama storms. Love that thing and passed it on my way to work for years out in LA. :thumbsup
