Hello, KWMarvel here. I just recently finished up a Nova Prime helmet (http://www.therpf.com/f9/nova-prime-helmet-wip-pics-189873/#post2985800) and I figured "wh why not?" and make a Thanos mask from foam latex. I dont have any experience with sculpting, but I have read up a lot on it and this is my first attempt at something like this. I made a bust of my head so it will fit pretty well. I dunno if I should go foam latex or silicone or what. Here are some WIP pics. Will be updating frequently.

Ok guys update!

Added a bunch more details. Made some grooves and wrinkles in his skin and I kind of like of where this is going. Here are some pics.

I have a question though. With the isopropyl alcohol, there is some white residue. How do I go about removing it from the sculpt?

Ok update!! Made a mother mold and pulled the plaster off the sculpt. Spent an hour or THREE cleaning it out with acetone and an old toothbrush. Already on a few coats of latex, and here it is at its current status:

I will be painting this thing later today. More pics to follow

Looks awesome man. I was wondering, what are you going to attach it to? I made one 2 years ago, and it was VERY crude, because I was just getting into the hobby, but yours looks great.
