Got over the last hurdle and finished the mold for the outer "dome" of the helmet. I'm almost ready to start offering raw kits. They will include all the vinyl decals for the black parts of the helmet. You won't find a more accurate TFA snowy helmet and the castings are beautiful. This is the first time I've made molds and casts this large! The dome mold weighs over 20 pounds and took over a week to complete and the cast alone uses 36oz or resin. Luckily this is a pour mold and not a slush cast, way too heavy! The reason it's a 2 part mold is because the inside of the dome needs to be just as smooth as the outside. I made the mold from a painted master so the gloss right out of the mold is amazing! Here's a short little video showing me de-molding the second cast.

You're work is truly amazing ! Is there any chance to get the backpack as a cast from you ? I would pay anything you want just to get an accurate version ! Stunning work !

I have helmet kits ready for $450.00 shipped (US) Will have to add shipping to international orders. The photos are the raw cast parts. This is how they come right out of the molds. They are all resin parts. Decals included.
