Have done a lot of research into this costume in the past year and I'm now in a position to make a start on it. Thie ref pic is actually a Hot Toys version that I have bought recently, the detail is phenomenal!
Have picked up one of these endoskulls as reference and I'll use it as an armature to sculpt the rubber skin mask! It's diecast metal, really nice detail.
The head circumference is 23.5 inches so that's ideal for sculpting the outer mask.
I plan on sculpting all of the armour body parts including parts of the endoskull, very much inpsired by Chanfans fantastc T800 build, will use a lot of the same methods. The ref pic below shows the armour, will need to cover up the blue areas with weathered clothing!
