Two comments, and a suggestion:

1. The multi-tone for the hair is AWESOME! Some of the best painted hair I've seen
2. Love the slight orange to the blood (not really orange per se, but you kow what I mean).

Suggestion: Have you ever played with self-adhesive chrome mylar? With the small amount of endo showing (and few if any compound curves) it may really make things "snap"... I'd even mail ya some if you want to experiment! :D

The hair was fun to paint, it was sculpted really well and had lots of individual strands sculpted in so it was begging for the drybrush treatment! Is that kind of like the bare metal foil that hobby shops sell? Yeah if you could send some , that would be great, I'll test it out. Thanks Rob.

Bare Metal Foil has a slightly less shiny look (at leas in my experince). With the chrome mylar, if you have a simple curve (like wrapping it around a PVC pipe, it looks just like chrome. PM me with your info, Steve - I' pretty sure I've still got some laying around.
 
Hey cool, thats my first attempt at a likeness from about 5 years back. Nice paint up, don't see anything wrong with the way you've painted the eyes at all :thumbsup
