May be common knowledge, but Tenax-7R is great on styrene. I snapped a connector pin off of my new Megatron toy and this Tenax welded it back on in seconds! And by welded, I mean it melted the two pieces together for good!
 
I prefer Weld On #3. Same basic stuff but in much larger quantity and much cheaper as a result. Welds styrene, acrylic and even ABS if I'm not mistaken. You can get it from any plastics supplier. I now hear Weld On #4 is even better than #3.
 
Weldon #3 has had a formula change because one of it's traditional components has been banned from California. Weldon #4 is the product of choice from that line.

Ambroid liquid cement is my choice for styrene these days though. (But that's only for model kit size projects. For LARGE project a pint of Weldon is very nice.)

Tenax evaporates so fast you can watch it vanish before your very eyes.
