Question technical questions regarding prop making Materials & techniques (answered)

Just wondering if I have a question regarding Help Topics for technical info regarding prop making techniques, like about materials to use, release agent for molding etc. where do I post it?

I have a question regarding sealing oil clay and the clear coat I'm using is not working and its inhibiting the cure of silicone. Any other Type of sealing agents can be used?

As EvilRocketeer mentioned, if it's in regards to making a prop, it belongs in the Prop forum.

If it relates to making a model, it belongs in either the Studio Scale or General Modeling forum.
