Armour was cast by me in molds that myself and Kris (Hells Kitchen) made.

Here's my CAD drawing of the neck I used prior to milling.

And milling the carbon arm insert mold.

Casting arm carbon...

And fitted into the arm...

The whole process to a while.

wow. That's one of the most accurate TDK suits I've seen. The mesh really makes a difference.

Yeah... using the correct materials makes it accurate. Mesh is the same as they used in the movie.

Great work on Bats there man. It really is amazing the accuracy you managed to pull off. The Cowl and chest especially. What is the mesh made of? Or is that an understandably "close to the chest" secret?

Yeah... putting it all together, and getting it to line up correctly took quite a bit of time. High tech equipment in use.....elastic bands..lol.
