TDK Costume UD?

Hi all sorry if this has been covered already I did do a search but couldn't get what I was after, I'm looking to put together my first Batman costume/armour, and I wondered if the UD is a good base or is it better to go for something else. I have heard a few people have had issues with others that are available. I was concerned about the UD jacket neck area and how it would look, will it suit the cowl ok?

Any my ideas or opinions would be appreciated.. Kind regards Paul

Hi Paul,
UD makes amazing suits. I highly recommend them. I've had a tdk suit of theirs for years, and it still looks amazing. It is very durable if you plan to troop around in it, and it looks awesome on display too.

The stock neck works fine with an aftermarket cowl. Some guys have removed the stock neck, and put in their own aftermarket urethane neck for preference.

I can't say enough good things about UD though. I'd say to absolutely go for it. Call in to them with your measurements, and they will guide you through the rest of the ordering process.

Thanks rickhemingway, do you have any pics of yours? In hoping to get one of coofunkcurlys cowls once I've persuaded the wife lol, I thought UD would be better due to the durability of it, I was only concerned about accuracy, but I'm starting to be less bothered about that. Of course I still want it to look right, I've read a few reviews that the UD doesn't always fit great in all places, which concerned me a tad.
