Hey all - thought this would be a good thread to post my queries. I love the tips you all have put together, they're brilliant.
But I've found that most of them are for gaining muscle, so, here's my query...
I'm not exactly what you would call 'fit' - in fact, I'm 5"11, don't know what I weigh, but I will say that I fit a 46" chest for suit jackets, and 44" in waistline. And none of that is in muscle.
I want to ask for any advice on how to lose this weight fast? I have already made changes to my diet, and I've started becoming more active - meaning more walking and Wii Fit - is there anything else I can try to lose more weight? I'm planning on going to the gym at the weekend since I have no time at all during the week. The happiest I will be is if I'm at a 40" chest and 38" waist - but it would be nice to gain a bit of muscle as well, so I'll follow the muscle gaining advice here.
