I'm 5'9" and weigh 160. I would like to be about 7% body fat. I think I'm some where around 10-11% right now maybe. Not sure if this explains more, but I can currently max bench 200lbs, max dead lift 325lbs, and max squat 225lbs (possibly more because It was kinda easy to do). I would ideally like to be able to rep 185lbs on bench 5-6 times, max dead lift around 350lbs, and rep 225lbs on squats. Also I'm doing the Tahoe tough mudder, so another goal is to be able to finish that. In my past I've been a long distance runner and weighed 145lbs on average...so this is kinda new for me
What's your goals? And what is your current weight ?
If you gained weight but didn't change body fat then it's probably muscle mass. Which in long term would be good once you lost the bf%
