Question Tapatalk account request

Hi admins! I am a tapatalk user and have noticed a problem jumping from one thread topic to another when a thread link is included in a post. The expected behavior is that the linked post opens in tapatalk, but what is occurring is that safari opens (iPhone version).

I'm also on the tapatalk forum and posted a link example from here for them.

They have asked me to ask you guys if the tapatalk account could be activated. Could someone help them out?
