I've only become aware of the Incal recently and it vastly interests me more than Jodorowsky's Dune has ever done. Having said that, Waititi's a hot name right now and I'm not sure why. He can't get out of his own way when he makes a film; they all have that dry, quirky, New Zealand humor injected in it. I don't know if this is the right project for him to do it, unless he can get out of his own way.

That's been my concern regarding his SW project as well. I like him but question if he's a good fit for SW. I wasn't terribly sold on his work in the first season of The Mandalorian.
