So it's a totally unnecessary part but this is what I'm going with for the Endo's cables/hydraulics setup, the part I've created is based on my imageination of what it should look like because I wanted the cables to go somewere and not just be sat in place....

Well guys time to tell you all, I may not be posting for a bit.... Next Thursday I'm going in for surgery to fix my achilles tendon, it's a problem that has had me in ongoing pain, so it's time to get it fixed.. This will leave me in a cast for 6 weeks and a foot boot for another 4... I'm going to go mad I just know it... I may get one more post in before I go in, but not sure....

Anyway this is what they will be doing to me....

Now that I have my workshop back in order I can get back into the clean up of the parts for both the alloy and resin Endoskeletons, there is still a lot to do to get the resin up to the same place as the alloy one and I what to make sure that they are on par come finish time.......

The resin head was pretty well covered by the old paint so this is the clean up I used to regain the lost details, quite a bit of scrubing but well worth it...

The head has clean up faiy well, but still need a bit of work, today I started to fix the nose and build up the mounting points for the jaw,It's all stil pretty rough but it's getting there, I also started doing some tests with the molding silicone I got when I was in China, looks promising, I wish I had enough time to get resin as well when I was there but I ran out of time, so If anyone know a good suplier in Oz please let me know.....

pop quiz... how much resin is needed to cast a whole endoskeleton ?? Thoughts ?
