Re: T1 terminator silicone Arnie wip

Also@ zombie killer.

I just re-read my reply to your post and it could be taken the wrong way. I appreciate feedback, I don't want you to think I was being short.

No problem, i hate critiquing others work, especially when you can't look at it from different perspectives. Your answer was short and too the point and no offense was taken.

Back on subject-

Awesome job!!

Chef, i do occassionally make silicone masks but they have to be sculpted in a very specific way, these busts couldnt be coverted successfully

Re: T1 terminator silicone Arnie wip

Yo Rich,

From what I can see its definately a good start but you know me and I'm always honest with you... To me, building an Arnie sculpt over a Riddick plug is the first problem here... both guys have a completely different shaped head.

The brow is less bulbous on Arnie and tapers back more ( and theres way to much forehead overhang on the sculpt ATM) and the lower face should come forward signicantly to give that classic Arnie profile

Hi phil, thanks for the input, you know I can take criticism. The riddick core is only upto the neck, that is because I wanted to have my arnie looking in a different direction. I could have used the head core if I was sticking to the same pose as I core my busts in such a way that when they are cast, the are nothing like the size, shape of the original sculpt. You'll see for yourself when it's time to do your Luke ( very nice by the way).

I also respectfully dis-agree on the profile. The pics are not the best but the head is looking down and the photo were taken with flash so you haven't got the benefit of shadows.
I have a copy of both the stage 5 and stage 6 t2 winston arnie busts so I'm confident the the profile is right
