Had a chance to check a scan of the Timeless Master casting of the top part of the skull - missing jaw and teeth - and it was bigger than my foam skull scan (wider, but not as tall). When I took out the warp, by approximating adding height while removing width and length to counter the vertical squashing that made the skull wider... it was pretty close to spot on to my foam skull.

Not a 100% comparison, but I feel more confident now that my foam skull may not be oversized.

Working a little more on the first toe pistons I started reworking the bottom piston. Basically the whole thing was altered in some way. The fork is also a lot wider than I originally made it, but the inside opening is roughly the same - just a little wider. Still wondering what the shape between the upper and lower pistons are - it's 2 rings joined together somehow, but with the way the casting is, it doesn't appear possible to be a straight connection from one ring to the other, so maybe it has a V-shape bend or something. The egg shaped model I created for the previous models doesn't work... so I thought maybe it was the same knuckle and 2 straight bars connection like the fingers... but... that would not be possible - unless the upper ring isn't centered on the straight bars coming from the lower ring... similar to what we see on the hands - that the knuckle above is slightly forward and not centered. I'll have to think on it some more... and it's hard to see on the casting because of the filler obscuring that piece.

Did anybody had the chance to scan the Propstore's images (June 2025 auction) of the Terminator skull that was a crew gift? Many pics from many different sides.;)

Except for TMG, the three holes in the red circle seem to have been omitted.
However, the TMG has also been omitted from the right-hand side.
Two holes and grooves in the blue circle are omitted. These are on both sides.
Cinemaquette has a mysterious hole, which is probably a mistake.

The Cinemaquette and the ghostman pelvis looks closer in shape than my LFS scan.

Interesting that they all have the similar plain underside with the oval depression, and lack the details seen on hollywoodhardware's foam pelvis seen in post #2288.
