T1 and T2 Endoskeleton Research Thread

My guess is that the foam skull scan is foamed, so it could be slightly inflated.
I think the right size would be one that doesn't stick out too far from his head compared to Schwarzenegger's life mask.
The original Sideshow is just the right size, but the Chinese copy has shrunk considerably.
However, it is the Genisys skull that fits nicely into the life mask.

In making the clay prototype of the Skull, the clay melted by heat was poured into the negative mold of Schwarzenegger's Life Mask.
It was supposed to have been made by scraping it from his clay statue that had cooled and hardened.
Basically, it couldn't have been bigger than the size of his head.
During the sculpting process, some parts of the mask would have protruded from his head because of the shaving and heaping process.

1:1 scale T-800 ENDOSKULL ICONS
Concerning the claim that the ICONS is a recast of the M1, then I have forwarded the notion earlier, that that may not be the case. The reason the ICONS have the M1 temple inserts is because SWS added it to all their T2:3D style skulls. So ICONS may not even have known that they were copying the M1 temples - they were simply copying the T2:3D style skull they were sent from SWS or wherever they got their master casting or mold from. It is not a new sculpt. It has direct ties to the T2:3D style skulls, so what T-Studio is stating on his site is incorrect.

It seems he is talking about both the ICONS and Timeless, not realizing that they are two separate castings. I also used to lump those two together and it wasn't actually until this thread I was told that they were separate.

And here's the ICONS page with a few of their skulls:

Regarding the size of my foam skull. It would be interesting to see how it compares in size to gizmo's skull.

Why is this little corner straight on the M1 and further down on all the others?

and this point is visible on many t2 or t3 models except for some other models. does anyone know if this is also available on the emp t1 skull? unfortunately I couldn't see it

In the clay prototype it protrudes downwards.
Is the nose also due to a separate part?

I think that with the t1 nose it was separate but then a mold..... DIFFERENT only with the m1.
I still don’t understand some of the changes
it's all from t1 the models are all from the t1 skull, they only added or removed a few things, for example the nose was made shorter or more rounded, that's why I make my model like T1 and add everything that was added or what I like better
the skull will be a t1-t4 mix but I want to know a few questions
and is this round dot also available on the emp t1 skull? , Why is this corner under the eye on the M1 straight?
?

The bubble-prone areas of the nose may have holes in the negative shape to remove air bubbles.
This is not seen on other individuals, so
Could it be a point caused by forgetting to erase the mould in that hole?

It could be that this happens to some people, but I don't understand whether that is a reason to change the entire model because everything in the nose area is gone, I just thought that the model might really come from the future because it looks like it was made by computers from the future because everything is straight LOL but it can't be seen in any other model at the moment there is a lot of talk about artificial intelligence which is why I asked something afterwards but didn't get a proper answer.... Steven Spieberg once said in an interview everything is true we tell you through the films LOL
In addition, the Stan Winston Studio is near Roswell Area 51 Oo and they also have a Predator xD sry maybe I should take a little break too

The T2:3D storefront endos sport the Timeless style skull (which may also be what the full ICONS endoskeletons have - I will have to check that). It is production style, but warped - too fat.

The ICONS Endoskull display piece is T2:3D style, but more accurately shaped, but has the droop on one side, which all of that style has - most licensed skulls + the SWS gift skulls.

The M1 nose being different may be a licensing reason.
I think it was easier to get it out of the mold and that's why they removed a lot of details, if the details were in it wouldn't come out without cracks or breaks in the mold or on the m1 kit. the m1 is very good for me for reconstructing the original because I can edit a lot of things details to make it like the original.. the only thing that bothers me is the shrinkage when I compare it with the HCG skull it is 5-10% smaller. The only strange thing is that all Stan Winston models have all the details except the T1 details. Maybe they already did it with 3D printers for the T2.?!?

The first replica by XFX Studios, which took over the licence from Stan Winston Studios, was the closest to the original, which was later passed on to Lucasfrancis Studios and then to the Hollywood Collectors Gallery.
Soft vinyl shrinks a lot, so the M1 is quite small.
So is SWS>XFX_S>LFS=HCG>M1? I think.
