Has anyone thought of making this weapon from Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles? It just looks so cool!

Great pics. That's a mutt and a half. The Thompson parts are pretty obvious. Looks like a lower receiver and grip as well as the front handgrip. Middle section, at first blush, looks almost like the rotary section of the Arwen 37mm grenade launcher. I'm not too sure about that though. Web filter here at work doesn't like "weapon" sites. Heh.

I thought at first that the front piece that the Thompson handgrip is attached to was a single rail system like the ones that are sometimes used to replace the front handgrip/barrel shroud on the ArR15/M16 series rifles, but it could easily be a custom piece with seperate rail pieces bolted to it. Again, I could certainly be wrong.

Maybe the stock is the folding stock from an AKS-74? Paratrooper model, perhaps?

Holy ****! Those are some incredible reference pics!!! This is something i've always thought of doing since the first episode!

I have the DVD and there are extras on it, so I did some screen grabs. I was trying to get really clear shots and as much detail as possible.

Wow i wish all dvds had that many prop pics !!

Cool looking prop and a right mish mash of guns in there... love it :thumbsup

That is a VLTOR CASV-EL Rail system. It is a modular type system where you can attach the rail sections where you want them. I have one on my AR15. http://www.vltor.com/casv-el.htm

Damn, I've been looking at the T:TSCC DVD for a while, but just haven't picked it up. I guess I might have to now. Those are some great pics.

Excellent. I knew it was something like that.

I agree on the DVD thing. I've been sitting here tonight watching the last few eps on the DVR. I'm gonna have to get the set now.

A couple more observations. The stock appears to be from an AK74s and the grip/trigger group is obviously from a thompson. The rest (except for the rail) appears to be all custom built.

I've checked some prices, for a Thompson airsoft, nice one and the rail system they both come out to about $500 then you have the custom built isotope container, barrel, and middle section, kinda pricy, but I think if I ever get the cash I'll try to assemble one

Well, I'm off to buy some lottery tickets. If I win, you'll have to build two, one for yourself, to keep as payment for the one you make for me. Deal? :)

$500?? you can get an all metal Tokyo Marui clone for a little over $100, and the front rail system for around $70.

that link was for the real steel rail system. you can find a cybergun brand thompson AEG on ebay right now for $125 buy it now, and if you look at online airsoft stores you can find the airsoft version of the casv rail system for between 70-100 bucks.

If I can have Sarah Connor and the gun ,I would be very happy,I could just deal with Sarah Connor alone thats great too.......lol
