I have 2 retro vinyl T-800 skull kits, I got my Phantom one finished up. The Phantom is a bootleg of the original M1 kit. (I have both)
The M1 and Phantom skull kit are hard to find now, but there are bootlegs of the Phantom which are cast in Thailand and sold on eBay. Although with all the recasting the Thai ones are a fair amount smaller.
I started off cutting off all the excess vinyl, and glueing the parts together.
Once all the parts where ready I filled them with expanding foam to give the skull extra strength. Then onto filling and sanding, primer paint....fine sand.....then off to the Chrome Coater. The process is a hydro chrome process done by Invicta Spray Chrome.
Once back I had to put it all together.
Although I ran out of epoxy so there is a jaw piston missing until I can glue it into place.
