Symbiote Venom materials

What could possibly be a great material for using for Venom Symbiote outfit like in Spiderman 3?

I hope I can put this together myself.

Alien symbiote perhaps? I think it falls from the sky in meteors.

Seriously tho. Fettster can probably answer this one. I believe the material is simply a silkscreened lycra.
