After seeing some great costume coming from this game i just had to have a go myself :)

Ive used Imperial surplus as he has loads of pics on how he build his.
on there was the templates of the jedi armour and i got to work replicating these

Then it was off to get the sintra (thermoplastc) I then started on the chest building layers

Once it was all glued together heres the finished result

Using this method of building up layers gives the armour the "body" rather then it look flat.
I then got started on the cod/belt.

As i didnt have any belt boxes i used some left over sintra and foam covered in pleather
which i think turned out really well :)

Once it was all put together, heated and put to shape i then got to work with the p38
make shims so the gauntlets and legs were seamless and also filling the edges of the whole suit
so you couldnt tell it was made in layers. i then took my engraving tool on my dremel to do the ridges
around the armour.

i then got to work painting. I chose to go with an olive and tinted blue (which looks silver) lol
once the green base was painted on i then sprayed with the blue and then another light spray
on top to give a 2 tone effect.

with the lower legs i did have the intenton on making these fully rounded and seamless
but when trying the armour on it was impossible to move and walk around. this is when i noticed
that in the swtor freeze mob video they only had the front half on with it being strapped around
leg.
