SWSCA Don lanning 8 Week Master Class.??

Hi.
Has anyone signed up for Don lanning's 8 week master class Course.?

I'm a huge fan of Don lanning and have been waiting for more lessons to
come out on SWSCA

I Would of Loved to take the Course but $899 is abit too much for
The misses to Say! OOHH go on Then .....cry

Is there Any of the RPF Members taking this class.?
I Would love to hear some feedback on how you get on when it starts..

Also does anyone know if there will be access to some of the lessons after it finish's.?

I'm also a huge fan of Don Lanning, and literally stalk Stan Winston's sites for new new videos of him. Gotta love his enthusiasm!

I am crossing my fingers that they put together a video after the finished class. Some of the highlights.

Agreed. If anybody here are lucky enough to take part in this, it would be really great to hear some feedback.
Maybe I'll start eating noodles all day, everyday from now on, to save up enough for his next(?) class :rolleyes

I took a look at it today, and thought it was weird that the course just seemed to break down one of the videos already available on SWS. Not saying it wouldn't be worth it to go more in depth.

Don Lanning is great! This course is the same as if you attended his study in person. You get one on one help and you are sculpting along with him live in Google Hangout. He will be covering things that maybe some have not seen from the already available videos and more. It is a revolutionary step in learning from a master. The things you get when taking the course are great too. The only problem, :-$ I had heard SWSCA was going to do this awhile back but had no idea it would be this much. I had planned to take the course. Sadly, like most of us I will have to pass. Brilliant though it is.

Same as everyone else! i thought if it wasnt too much i might take it, but when i saw the price, its 5 times as much as what i expected! so i wont be taking it imagine how much a "In Person" lesson would cost? or even worse.... a 1 on 1!!! eek!

I just sold a bunch of art prints, and could actually afford this course now. But then there's all the other stuff which I (if I was reasonable enough) should spent the money on. Loans, bills, food... I SHOULD also be saving some, but.... *mumbles* I wanna do this! I've already spent a fortune on this new workshop I'm building, and regret nothing! :devil *fist in air* I don't think I would regret this either, but it's so costly!
Argh... I need to think hard about this.

Yeah, I just had to grab the opportunity! :$ It was a lot of money to spend right now, but then again, it will be worth it!
And it's for 8 whole weeks. That kinda makes it affordable in the long run
I wish you could join in. It would be fun to share the experience with some other forum folks. But hey, maybe next time!

Will do! I'll let you all know how it goes at I get along. I know they'll put up more courses like this in the future, and it could be neat to get some info about past courses before signing up. I'll do my best :thumbsup
