I forgot to cross post here about it, but I'm pretty jazzed.
Simpson77 picked up a background console crystal from the first Superman movies (from The Prop Store), and wanted a replica made in crystal, so he sent me a casting of it :
After doing some talking, we decided we'd like to help out some other superman fans (as well as not pay an arm and a leg for a single piece instead of a run :lol ) so we are getting a run going at the moment, and when it comes in I'll post up the comparison pics from resin to crystal.
It's not often we get pieces made off the screen used versions, and this particular piece is a very cool looking one. Some of the console crystals were simply frosted cylinders or only partial facets, but this guy is officially looking pretty sweet.
I can't wait to get the crystal versions in cause this is gonna be badass!!!!
